Sophomores To Be Recognized

Help Celebrate WNC Athletes April 27 & May 4

As the 2013 Wildcats softball and baseball seasons near their end, both teams will honor outgoing sophomores during their final home series.

The softball team’s final home series is Saturday, April 27. The doubleheader against Snow College begins at noon at Edmonds Sports Complex.

WNC students and faculty/staff members are admitted free with a valid college ID. General admission game day passes are $6 for adults, $3 for adults age 60+, and $3 for children age 5-17. Those age 4 and under are free.
The baseball team's last home series is Saturday, May 4, at John L. Harvey Field. That doubleheader against Southern Idaho begins at noon.

Between games, sophomore student athletes and their family members are invited onto the field where they will be recognized for their contributions to the team.

“It’s so important that we recognize these players,” said softball Head Coach Leah Wentworth. “We really want to make sure they know how much they have meant to the team.”

Fans are encouraged to attend and give Wildcat student athletes a big thank you.
